2nd place finish at state in high school. 5:11 mile, 11:25 3200m, 15:26 5k.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to be all conference for my Division III conference, lose twenty pounds, run injury free.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy to run my whole life, run a few marathons, eventually qualify for Boston.
Still feeling sluggish/lazy. I need to get my butt in gear and not let this short/slow become a habit!
For whatever reason I have absolutely no energy. Wondering if it is all mental or if I have some kind of medical issue, seriously.
Woke up late and didn't have much time so I just did ten minutes of sprints. Felt good to get some speed!
I was able to maintain an average of 8:10 min/mile pace. This run felt easy and feels like a big accomplishment. I certainly don't need to go much longer than this to train for a 6k!
